Nail & Pedicure Policies

By scheduling an appointment with Lash & Nail Bar (https://lashnailbar.com/), you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

1. Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required for all nail appointments. This will go toward the total service cost.
• Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability. Booking in advance is highly recommended.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposit or a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be restricted from future bookings.

3. Late Policy

• A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this, a $10 late fee will apply.
• After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit forfeited.

4. No Extra Guests

• Due to limited space and for a relaxing experience, no extra guests or children are allowed unless receiving a service.

5. Nail Art Pricing & Requests

• Nail art is priced based on complexity and must be requested when booking to ensure enough time.
• Tier 1: Simple designs
• Tier 2: Moderate designs 
• Tier 3: Advanced designs 
• Tier 4: Intricate designs 
• Custom designs are welcomed, but reference photos must be sent in advance for approval.

6. Acrylic, Gel-X & builder gel Policies

• Removals must be booked in advance. If you arrive with previous acrylic, gel, or dip that needs removal but did not book it, we may need to:
•  Simplify your new set to fit within the scheduled time.
•  Skip the full set if time does not allow and only perform a removal. 
•  We do not work over severely lifted or damaged nails and may require removal before applying new enhancements.
 

7. Time & Service Adjustments

• Quality takes time. Please do not rush our nail techs—perfection cannot be rushed!
• If you are in a hurry or have a time constraint, let us know before the service starts. We may need to simplify your design or service to ensure we finish on time.
• We are not responsible for dissatisfaction if you request to cut the appointment short due to your schedule.

8.Pedicure Policies

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, fungal infections, or open wounds before your service. We reserve the right to refuse services if health risks are present.

9. Satisfaction & Fixes

• We want you to love your nails! If you have an issue, please contact us within 48 hours for a complimentary fix.
• Fixes due to personal damage (chipping, breaking, lifting) after 48 hours will require a repair fee.

10. No Refund Policy

• No refunds on services once completed. If you have any concerns, please notify us before leaving the salon.

11. Health & Hygiene

• We follow strict sanitation procedures and use disposable or sterilized tools for every client.
• Please do not book a service if you are sick or experiencing symptoms of illness.

12.Disrespectful or Rude Behavior

• We have a zero-tolerance policy for rudeness, harassment, aggressive language, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other clients.

• If a client arrives with open wounds, infections, contagious conditions, or poor hygiene, we may refuse service for health and safety reasons.
